Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory. Certificate:
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Obtain valid Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification or Crisis Prevention (CPI), MANDT or TEAM required. Shift Information:
